奥拉西坦治疗老年脑梗死后认知功能障碍的临床研究
Study on the clinical efficacy of oxiracetam on cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of oxiracetam in treatment of cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarc-tion.Methods:1 12 cases of elderly patients with cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction received in our hospital were divided into control group and treatment group randomly,the patients of treatment group were given Piracetam Tablets on the basis of routine treat-ment,and the patients of treatment group were given oxiracetam capsules on the basis of routine treatment.cognitive function,daily the ability of life,adverse reaction condition of patients of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:MoCA score,MMSE score and Barthel index of patients of the two groups after treatment were significantly increased.MoCA score,MMSE score and Barthel index in treatment group were (26.95 +3.52),(28.1 1 +1 .21 )and (87.83 +13.43)respectively,better than the score in the control group significantly (P <0.05);the adverse reaction in the control group and the treatment group were 3 cases and 2 cases respectively,the difference was not statistically significant (χ2 =0.209,P >0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of oxiracetam in treatment of cogni-tive dysfunction after cerebral infarction is obvious,worthy of further promotion.关键词
