重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者的生活质量评估

Abstract
Objective:This study was designed to assess the sleep apnea quality of life index (SAQLI)of the patients suffering from severe obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS).Methods:50 severe OSAHS patients who were diagnosed by poly-somnography (PSG)were examined by apnea hypopnea index(AHI)>40.All the patients were evaluated by SAQLI,the Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS)and the snoring was observed before starting PSG recording.Results:The SAQLI scores of all patients were sig-nificantly decreased.The mean SAQLI score was 4.06 ±0.26.The score of social interactions was 3.85 ±0.54,the emotional activities was 4.57 ±0.48.The score of daily activity and the assessment of symptoms were 4.5 1 ±0.63 and 3.68 ±0.32,respectively.Conclu-sion:The SAQLI scores of the severe OSAHS patients were significantly decreased.Therefore,severe OSAHS by SAQLI can be a more comprehensive assessment of the severity of the disease in clinical treatment.关键词
