肥胖2型糖尿病中医治疗中的误区
Misunderstandings of TCM treatment to type two diabetes mellitus accom-panied with obesity
摘要
Abstract
Effect of the Chinese medicine treatment of type two diabetes mellitus accompanied with obesity is still affected by xiāo kě(wasting-thirst)of traditional Chinese medicine.In most cases,clearing heat and nourishing yin method was adopted and herbs with clearing heat and purging fire properties were given to those patients,treatment exist misunderstandings,serious impact on the effect of treating the disease in TCM.This disease increased rapidly in recent times,was totally different from wasting-thirst recorded in ancient times.Its core mechanism was spleen-stomach deficiency (root deficiency)with external excess,and the treatment should be based on reinforcing spleen and nourishing qi,flexible addition and subtraction can receive good effect.关键词
