摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the the amelioration effect of transurethral resection of prostate(TURP)on micturition func-tion in the treatment of the patient with acontractile detrusor and benign prostatic hyperplasia and its relationship with the degree of prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:To compare the amelioration degree of Qmax and PVR between Preoperative and postoperative in the 26 included patients,and analyse the correlation between the amelioration degree with the degree of prostatic hyperplasia.Results:The Qmax and PVR were significantly different between preoperative and postoperative(P <0.01 ),the degree of prostatic hyperplasia was correlative with the amelioration degree of Qmax(P <0.01 ),but it was uncorrelative with the amelioration degree of PVR.Conclusion:TURP can significantly improve the micturtion function of the patient with acontractile detrusor and benign prostatic hyperplasia,and the amelioration degree of Qmax was correlative with degree of prostatic hyperplasia.关键词
