Abstract
Objective:To discuss the feasibility and short-term effect of treatment of chronic acromioclavicular dislocation with reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament and clavicular hook plate.Methods:Follow up and analyze the effectiveness of 19 cases of chronic acromioclavicular dislocation treated with reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament and clavicular hook plate from January 2006 to December 2013.Results:All the 19 cases are followed up,and the average follow-up time is 12 months (ranging from 7 to 24 months).The curative effect is evaluated according to Karlsson standard after internal fixators are removed;as a result,the shoulder joint function is excellent in 17 cases,satisfactory in 2 cases,with an excellent rate of 89.4%.Conclusion:The operation of chronic ac-romioclavicular dislocation with reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament and clavicular hook plate is simple and easy to perform.The postoperative recovery of shoulder joint function is satisfactory.关键词
