Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of integrated nursing management on disease awareness and negative emotion of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods:A total of 100 patients with chronic hepatitis B were selected and divided into the control group (n =50)and the observation group (n =50)at random.Both of two groups received antiviral treatments and liver-protective a-gents.The control group was given conventional nursing care while the observation group was applied with integrated nursing interven-tions,including establishment of health care record,providing individualized health education and follow-up services.Awareness of dis-ease was investigated by using self-made questionnaire and the negative emotion were assessed by self rating anxiety scale (SAS)and self rating depression scale (SAS).Results:After the intervention,the scores of the 2 groups of hepatitis B disease knowledge question-naire were higher than before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01 ).Except of “exer-cise /rest schedule”and “dietary”,the score in assessment of “disease risk factor”,“medication”and “self-protection”were im-proved more significant in the observation group than those of the control group (P <0.01 ).The SAS and SDS were reduced in both of two groups after intervention and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01 ).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the patients with chronic hepatitis B hepatitis related knowledge to grasp the degree,improve the patient’s anxiety,depression,have positive significance to improve the treatment compliance.关键词
