摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of early comprehensive nursing intervention on the elderly patients with diabetic foot (DF).Methods:Totally 137 elderly patients with DF were randomly divided into observation group (n =68)and control group (n =69).Based on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM),the patients in control group were treated with routine nursing,while those in observation group with early comprehensive nursing intervention.Results:Both the improvement rate of clinical symptoms and nursing satisfactory degree in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01 ),but the incidence of foot amputation or ulcer and Fontaine grading condition were significantly lower than in control group (P <0.01 ).Conclu-sion:Early comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively ameliorate the improvement rate of clinical symptoms and nursing satis-factory degree,decrease the incidence of foot amputation or ulcer and Fontaine grading condition in elderly patients with DF.关键词
