Abstract
Objective:To explore the application efficacy of antenatal free body position combined with delivery ball in delivery of primiparas.Methods:A total of 232 primiparas were randomly divided into observation group and control group,1 16 cases for each group.Control group was given antenatal guidelines,on which basis observation group was added with antenatal free body position com-bined with delivery ball.The duration of stage of labor,short form of the McGill Pain Questionnaire (SF-MPQ)pain score,self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)and delivery modes were compared between two groups.Results:Observation group was markedly higher in trans-vaginal parturition rate (P <0.05)and prominently lower in cesarean section rate than control group (P <0.05).Meanwhile,observa-tion group was notably lower in the duration of the first stage of labor and total time (P <0.05),and in SF-MPQ and SAS scores than control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:Antenatal free body position combined with delivery ball can effectively shorten the duration of stage of labor,reduce pain,improve anxiety condition,and increase natural delivering rate for primiparas,deserving to be widely used in clinic.关键词
