锅炉膜式壁管屏的结构参数对温度分布的影响
Influence of Structural Parameters on Temperature Distribution at Boiler Membrane Wall

Abstract
The steady temperature field of boiler membrane wall has been calculated and analyzed by using the general finite element calculation program ANSYS, including influence of structural parameters such as tube pitch,tube thickness,fin thickness,pin length,and thickness of fire /wear resistant material,and the results of which indicate that under the condition of constant boundary temperature,the structural parameters have relatively small influence on tube temperature,and the temperature at a fin center is much affected by tube pitch,and the temperature at the end of a pin is relatively sensitive to pin length and thickness of fire /wear resistant material.关键词
