电动汽车充电站选址规划评价体系研究
Research on siting planning evaluation system of electric vehicle charging station
摘要
Abstract
The rational planning site for electric vehicle ( EV) charging station is directly related to the stable opera-tion of distribution network , the power quality and development of EVs industry .In this paper , it is comprehensively considered the needs of three areas:the government , the power company and the users .According to the specific ca-ses affecting the charging station planning , and the most key factors are chosen to establish a new kind of EV charging station planning evaluation system which includes 5 categories , a total of 9 indicators , and the meaning and composi-tion of each indicator are analyzed .In the actual case for charging station siting , the Delphi method is used to quantify the various indicators according to the original data for the candidate sites .Then, the AHP and gray evaluation method are used to obtain the optimal evaluation value of each candidate site based on the evaluation index system , which pro-vides the basis for the optimal decision of the charging station siting selection .关键词
