Research on the temperature compensation of pressure sensor and its application
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the temperature drift problem when the pressure sensor measures , a high-performance sen-sor of pressure measurements suitable for compressed air system of rail car is developed in this paper .This paper pres-ents new piezoresistive pressure sensor temperature compensation model combining GA -PSO algorithm to optimize BP neural network , the feasibility of this model is verified by MATLAB simulation .The simulation results show that com-pared with the BP-LM algorithm and GA-BP algorithm , the convergence speed of the new optimization algorithm is fas-ter 89%, the absolute error value of prediction is under 2.5 kPa, and small-scale changes and meet the high perform-ance requirements of “fast , accurate and steady”.The device runs well on plant site , and the measurement pressure of compressed air system is about 750 kPa on the same day in different railcar running periods .关键词
