Abstract
Distributed photovoltaic (PV) plays an important role in the current development of new energy. However, the duel identity of distributed PV users as consumers and producers, has brought difficulties in the current electricity cost allocation. Espe⁃cially, as the PV penetration continue to increase, the drawbacks of the original pricing mechanisms and subsidies which have relative⁃ly large incentives become increasingly evident. This paper summa⁃rizes various pricing methods at home and abroad based on the in⁃troduction of distributed PV development, analyzing the character⁃istics of each method, and then describes the current PV pricing problems from the perspective of the users and the utility respective⁃ly. After summarizing extensive previous studies on solving meth⁃ods, the paper gives profitable pricing suggestions for itˌ̓s healthy and sustainable development of distributed PV.关键词
