Abstract
In view of the condition-based relay protection maintenance,a decision-making method is proposed based on failure risk and maintenance utility. First,the actual failure risk model is built based on the assessment index of protec⁃tion condition. Then,the theory of risk assessment is introduced,and by combining the protection condition and grid operation risk,the system risk after failure is calculated according to the actual failrue rate. Finally,a partitioned multi-objective maintenance utility analysis is proposed,and the strategies of whether and how to maintain the equipment are determined based on equipment failure rate reduction and failure risk reduction. The example analysis shows that the proposed method fully considers the protection condition and the system’s failure risk caused by the relay,which can quickly and effectively make decisions on maintenance.关键词
