摘要
Abstract
Currently,Haemophilus parasuis infection in swine is prevalent worldwide,severely harming the pig husbandry.In addition to a great amount of antimicrbials are required in treating the disease,the death of piglets caused by acute infection results in huge losses in the pig husbandry.The scholars at home and a-broad conduct profound researches on the detection technology and drug resistance of H .parasuis.The re-searchers conduct continuous exploration through various typing methods,with an aim to search for a typ-ing technique with best accuracy,repeatability,speed and feasibility,so that the disease can be better con-trolled.The thesis comprehensively reviewed the advances in the detection,serum typing,gene typing,drug resistance investigation as well as mechanism of drug resistance of Haemophilus parasuis ,with am aim to provide reference for the relevant researches on the disease as well as its effective control.关键词
