Abstract
To fully grasp the immune effects of major animal epidemic diseases such as classical swine fever, O type foot-and mouth-disease in swine and goats,chicken Newcastle disease in Ning county,1 795 animal serum samples from 18 towns in the county were tested according to the superior departments in charge of animal epidemic disease detection scheme.The results showed that the qualified rates of four immune anti-bodies were higher than the standards stipulated by the ministry of agriculture except that of NDV indica-ting the major animal disease prevention and control achieved good effects in 2015.The tests also showed that the antibody levels in different scale farms were different.The animal serum antibody levels of scale farm were better than that of scattered household,because the scale farms are more beneficial to prevention and control of animal diseases.The results of the antibody test in different regions showed that the immune effect in central region was the best,but that in eastern region was the worst.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the vaccine immunization in the eastern region.关键词
