Abstract
A surveillance was conducted to understand the sero-positive rates of PRV gE and gB antibodies. 4 scaled pig farms in each 3 counties in Anhui province were chosen as fixed monitoring points.578 serum samples were collected form 12 pig farms for PRV gE and gB antibody test by ELISA.The herd positive rate of PRV gE was 58.3% in these 12 farms,with the total positive rate 20.4%.The total positive rate of PRV-gB antibody was 72.1%.The results showed that the PRV inapparent infection rate was high,and the immune antibody qualified rate was not so high.关键词
