Simultaneous Determination of 1 6 Kinds of Aryloxyphenoxypropionate Herbicides in Water Using Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

Abstract
This paper develops an analytical method for simultaneous determination of 1 6 aryloxyphe-noxypropionate (APP)herbicides in water samples by solid phase extraction-ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometer (UPLC-MS/MS).The paper determines the Oasis HLB as the solid phase extraction cartridge,acetone-hexane (1∶1 ,V/V)as the washing solution,water-acetonitrile (3∶7 ,V/V)as the mobile phase for water sample pretreatment and chromatographic separation.Based on the optimized sample pretreatment procedures and separation condition,the recovery rate of all the target analytes ranges from 74.5 to 124.9% in water with the relative standard deviation (RSDs)ranging from 4.2% to 9.6% and the linear ranging from 1 to 2000μg/L with correlation coefficients (R2 )above 0.998. The method can be applied to simultaneous determination of 1 6 kinds of APP herbicides in water due to low detection limit and high recovery.关键词
