Abstract
This paper gives a brief introduction to the development process,the basic modules of SeisComP3 ,a real-time earthquake monitoring and automatic processing system, and gives a detailed description of its main components and graphical interfaces.And finally the features of the SeisComP3 are summarized so as to provide help and support for the oper-ators and users of SeisComP3 system.关键词
