Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of argatroban and low molecular weight hepadn (LMWH) in preventing deep vein thrombosis in patients with cervical cancer underwent concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods 60 cases of cervical cancer underwent concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy were randomly divided into argatroban group and LMWH group according to the random number table,30 cases in each group.Argatroban group was treated with argatroban injection,while LMWH group was treated with LMWH.Monitored the level of activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) of patients during medication,recorded the number of cases of thrombosis and adverse reactions,and compared the symptoms and signs of patients before and after medication.Results After medication,the level of APTT of argatroban group on the 1st,7th,14th day were (39.05±7.51)s,(38.16±8.55)s,(38.67±7.52)s,significantly lower than those of LMWH group (P＜0.05).There were 1 case of thrombosis and 1 case of adverse reaction in argatroban group,3 cases of thrombosis and 6 cases of adverse reactions in LMWH group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of argatroban in preventing deep vein thrombosis in patients with cervical cancer underwent concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy is better than that of low molecular weight heparin.关键词
