Abstract
Objective To analyze comprehensive nursing care for BiPAP in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD (AECOPD) complicating by respiratory failure.Methods 90 cases of AECOPD complicating by respiratory failure treated with BiPAP in our hospital between December 2012 and December 2015 were selected and divided into routine nursing group and comprehensive nursing group according to the time sequence,45 cases in each group.Routine nursing group was given medication guidance,blood gas analysis and lung function indicators monitoring,health education,etc.;and comprehensive nursing group was given psychological nursing,debugging with breathing machine,close observation on the illness,airway nursing,strengthening respiratory training and nutrition support,complications prevention on the basis of routine nursing group.Compared blood gas index,pulmonary function index changes,and the quality of life of two groups.Results pH,PaO2,SPO2,FEV1,FEV1/FVC increased after treatment in both two groups,PaCO2 decreased,those in comprehensive nursing group changed more significantly,with statistically significant differences between two groups (P＜0.05).The score of physical function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function,overall health status in comprehensive nursing group were significantly higher than those in routine nursing group,with statistically significant differences between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for BiPAP in the treatment of AECOPD complicating by respiratory failure has played an important role in improving blood gas and lung function indexes such as PaO2 and SaO2,and the quality of life.关键词
