Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Huoxue Yiqi formula combined with edaravone on the levels of homocysteine,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,and D-dimer in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 81 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into a study group(n=41) and a control group(n=40).The control group were intravenously dripped edaravone;in addition,the study group were treated with Huoxue Yiqi formula.Both groups were treated for 28 d.The clinical efficacy,the neural function defect score (NIHSS),activities of daily living (ADL) score,the changes of homocysteine,high-sensitive C-reactive protein,and D-dimer levels before and after the treatments,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between these two groups.Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group (95.12％ vs.72.50％),with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).After treatments,the NIHSS score was significantly lower,the ADL score was obviously higher,and the serum levels of homocysteine,high-sensitive C-reactive protein,and D dimer were markedly lower after than before the treatment in both groups and so in the study group than in the control group after the treatment,with statistical differences(P ＜ 0.05).No obvious adverse drug reactions occurred during the treatment course in both groups.Conclusions Huoxue Yiqi formula combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is significantly effective and can apparently decrease the levels of homocysteine,high-sensitive C-reactive protein,and D dimer level,so it is worth being further studied.关键词
