Effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on biochemical indexes of liver function in children with cytomegalovirus hepatitis

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on the biochemical indexes of liver function in children with cytomegalovirus hepatitis.Methods 50 children with cytomegalovirus hepatitis treated at our hospital from December,2014 to December,2015 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to different clinical treatment methods,25 for each group.The observation group were treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate and the control group ganciclovir.The biochemical indexes of liver function,comprehensive clinical therapeutic effect,and incidence of adverse drug reaction were compared between these two groups.Results The biochemical indexes of liver function were better in the observation group than in the control group (P ＜ 0.05),with statistical differences.The total effective rate was 92％ in the observation group and 72％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05),with a statistical difference.The incidence of adverse drug reactions were 20％ in the observation group and 48％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05),with a statistical difference.Conclusions Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of children with cytomegalovirus hepatitis can effectively improve the children's biochemical indicators of liver function,increase clinical efficacy,and effectively reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.Therefore,it is worth for recommendation.关键词
