Abstract
Fe based alloy TiB 2-Al2 O3 coating was prepared by argon arc cladding method in order to improve the erosion wear performance of Q 255 .The highest micro-hardness of the cladding layer is 913 .5 Hv0.2 and is 5.9 times of that of the matrix .The erosion wear resistance of the cladding layer is increased by 1.77-4.22 times comparing with that of the matrix .The micro-structure of the weld pool is small and uniform.XRD results show that the cladding layer is composed of Fe , Al, TiO2 , TiB2 , Fe2 B and Al2 O3 phases .关键词
