摘要

Abstract

L-serine, as one of the nonessential amino acids, is an important industrial product with research value, widely used in medicine, chemical products and foods. As fast, accurate and high-throughput method for detecting L-serine concentration could lay the foundation for high-throughput screening of L-serine producing strains, various kinds of methods for detecting the concentration of L-serine were mainly introduced, including chromotropic acidspectrophotometry, paper chromatogram physpectrophotometer, fluorescence quenching method, ninhydrin coloration method, high-performance liquid chromatography, enzymatic assays method and CE-ECL. Moreover, the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were compared and discussed. And the development of analytical methods for L-serine was forecasted.
