阿里巴巴纽约上市对中国企业境外上市的启示
Inspiration of New York-listed Alibaba for Chinese Enterprises Cross-listing
摘要
Abstract
Based on analysis of the listing course which Alibaba listed twice before and after, the rea⁃sons why Alibaba listed at first in Hong Kong and then delisted, and two years later Alibaba listed again in New York were clarified. The strategy, business restructuring, financial statements, share price trend of Alibaba company were analyzed. The reasonable and feasible suggestions and inspirations for Chi⁃nese companies cross-listing were put forward.关键词
