海底管道轴向移动数值模拟研究
Numerical simulation of axial travel of submarine pipelines

Abstract
Non⁃linear temperature load is a main factor causing the axial travel of pipelines. To investigate the axial travel of pipelines on the seabed under frequent on/off cyclic action, in this paper, we used ABAQUS software to build a finite element model of a short⁃straight pipeline located on the flat seabed under a cyclic temperature envi⁃ronment. This model took into consideration the effects of the non⁃linear temperature application gradient and high temperature on the pipe material, and revealed the distribution of the effective axial force on the short⁃straight pipe under an on/off cyclic load as well as the formation mechanism and development pattern of the axial travel of the pipe. Lastly, by parametric analysis, we obtained the relationship between the pipe⁃seabed friction coefficient and the axial moving speed of the pipeline. Also, we compared the effects of two different loading means of internal pressure in the pipeline on the axial travel speed. Our study conclusions can provide assistance in developing meth⁃ods to reduce the axial travel speed of pipelines.关键词
