Abstract
Through the selection of TC18 titanium alloy isothermal compression under the deformation temperature rate from 993~1203K, the strain rate from 0.01~5s-1 and deformation behavior of deformation degree of 55% under different deformation temperature and strain rate. According to the results, flow stress of TC18 titanium alloy increases with strain increasing during the initial stage of deformation, and when the strain exceeds a certain value, the flow stress begins to decline and tends towards stability. In addition, under a certain strain rate, the flow stress decreases when deformation temperature rises, and under a certain deformation temperature, the flow stress increases when strain rate increases. Using multiple repression analysis, this research establishes the model of flow stress of TC18 titanium alloy during high-temperature deformation. Compared with the test results, so this model effective describes the flow behavior of TC18 titanium alloy during high-temperature deformation.关键词
