Construction and Identification of Yeast Two-hybrid Library From Porcine Adipose Tissue
摘要
Abstract
A yeast two-hybrid cDNA library from porcine adipose tissue was constructed by LR reaction to study on protein-protein interaction of porcine adipocyte. The results showed that the yeast two-hybrid library contained 5. 28 × 106 independent clones. All randomly selected 24 clones have recombination,and the recombination rate was 100%. The sizes of most inserts were 1—2 kb in length. These results indicated that the library constructed has high quality.关键词
