Abstract
Low noise amplifier is an extremely important part of the receiver system ,multiple cascaded amplifier form is put to use in this paper ,input and output carries out impedance matching by using transmission line transformer ,the de-signed amplifier module has low noise coefficient and also has excellent reflection coefficient and intermodulation ,this paper has the important reference significance .关键词
