广泛性焦虑障碍患者自我怜悯与快感缺失的相关性
The Relationship between Self - Compassion and Anhedonia in Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Abstract
Objective :To compare the level of self - compassion between patients with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)and healthy controls ,and explore its relationship between anhedonia and anxiety ,depression symptoms .Meth‐ods :Fifty - three patients with GAD and 156 healthy subjects were assessed with Chinese Version of Revised Self -Compassion Scale(SCS - C) ,Chinese Version of Revised Social Anhedonia (RSAS - C)and Chinese Version of Re‐vised Physical Anhedonia (RPAS - C) .Meanwhile ,the symptoms of patients with GAD were assessed by Chinese Version of Beck Depression Rating Scale(BDI)and State Trait Anxiely Inventory (STAI) .Results :The SCS - C total score ,the subscores of common humanity and mindfulness in patients with GAD were lower than those of healthy subjects (Z = ‐3 .521 ,‐3 .829 ,‐4 .343 ;P < 0 .01) .Compared with the healthy controls ,patients with GAD had signifi‐cantly higher scores of RSAS - C and RPAS - C(P < 0 .01) .Correlation analysis showed that the SCS - C scores were significantly negatively correlated with the scores of BDI (r = ‐0 .549 ~ ‐0 .688 , P < 0 .01)and STAI (r = ‐0 .578 ~‐0 .710 ,P < 0 .01)in the patients group .The SCS - C total scores and subscores of common humanity and mindfulness were significantly negatively correlated with the scores of RPAS - C(r = ‐0 .343 ~ ‐0 .385 ,P < 0 .05) ,but not signifi‐cantly correlated with the scores of RSAS - C .After control of the scores of BDI and STAI ,there were no significant correlation between the self - compassion and anhedonia .Conclusion :Patients with GAD have self - compassion defi‐cits .The lower the level of self - compassion ,the more severe of anxiety depression symptoms and anhedonia defi‐ciency in the patients with GAD .Our results suggest that there is clinical significance of psychological intervention of self - compassion for the patients .关键词
