摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate inhibitory control in schizophrenia patients with alexithymia .Methods :Accord‐ing to inclusion standard ,50 schizophrenia patients with alexithymia and 50 schizophrenia patients without alexithy‐mia matched in age ,gender and education were assessed with the Stroop test .Results :Compared with control group , significant differences were observed in the reaction time and correct reading number in part C (t = 3 .104 ,‐2 .882 ;P <0 .01) .Stroop color - word test showed that the reaction time and correct reading number in part A had no statistical ‐ly significant between schizophrenia patients with and without alexithymia (P > 0 .05) .The reaction time and correct reading number of schizophrenia patients with alexithymia in part B were not longer than schizophrenia patients without alexithymia (P > 0 .05) .Compared with control group ,the interference quantity of schizophrenia patients with alexithymia was higher than schizophrenia patients without alexithymia (t = 2 .264 ,P < 0 .05) .Conclusion :The schizophrenia patients with alexithymia have severer inhibitory control impairment than those without alexithymia , and they need intervention to promote rehabilitation .关键词
