米氮平合并认知行为疗法治疗躯体形式障碍的疗效

摘要
Abstract
Objective :To explore the clinical efficacy of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT )combined with mirtazapine in the treatment of somatoform disorder .Methods :68 patients met the criteria of somatoform disorder in CCMD - 3 were randomly divided into study group treated with mirtazapine combined with CBT and control group treated with mirtazapine monotherapy for 16 weeks ,The efficacy was assessed with symptom checklist - 90(SCL - 90) .Results :After 16 weeks treatment ,the scores of somatization ,depression ,anxiety ,phobia factors in the study group were sig‐nificantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0 .05) .The effective rate in study group was significantly higher than that in control group at the end of the treatment (85 .29% vs .61 .76% ;χ2 = 4 .836 ,P < 0 .05) .Conclusion :Mirtaza‐pine combined with CBT is better than mirtazapine monotherapy in the treatment for somatoform disorder .关键词
