Abstract
Objective :To explore the relationship of sense of security ,negative emotion and C - Peptide ,and provide solitary scientific evidence of diabetes prevention and improving of quality of life .Methods :By random sampling ,84 diabetes patients of inpatient and outpatient in rehabilitation department of the aged were recruited to be assessed by Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) ,and C - Peptide in periph‐eral blood was also tested .Results :67 .86% of patients reported significant anxiety (cut score ≥ 14)and 86 .90% de‐pressive symptoms had clinical significance(cut score ≥ 20) .Interpersonal security was negatively correlated to all the subscales of HAMA (r = ‐0 .58 ,‐0 .64 ;P < 0 .01)and HAMD (r = ‐0 .52 ~ ‐0 .25 ,P < 0 .05) ;Certainty in control was negatively correlated to the two factors of HAMA and all factors of HAMD except the body weight (r = ‐0 .68 ~‐0 .24 ,P < 0 .05) .Correlation coefficients of sense of security ,anxiety and depression with C - Peptide were as the fol‐lowing :0 .90 ,‐0 .61 ,‐0 .74 ;P < 0 .01 ;Anxiety ,depression and sense of security were selected into the regressive equa‐tion of C - Peptide level in peripheral blood and had significantly predictive effects on C - Peptide level(t = ‐5 .095 ,‐2 .417 ,9 .848 ;P < 0 .05) .Conclusion :Diabetes patients’ sense of security has close relationship with anxiety and de‐pression ,C - Peptide level in peripheral blood may associate with emotional state which indicated function of β - cell of insulin .关键词
