Abstract
Objective :To explore the effect of NaiKan cognitive therapy on self cognitive and self - evaluation of college students with IAD .Methods :60 college students with IAD were divided into study group (30 cases) and con‐trol group (30 cases) ,the control group was given general health education ,the study group was given NaiKan Cognitive Therapy (NCT ) ,the intervention time of two groups were all for 2 weeks ,before and after intervention , the treatment effects of two groups were evaluated using TSCS and CSES .Results :Before therapy ,the total scores of TSCS and CSES of the study group were (226 .55 ± 23 .46) ,(28 .48 ± 4 .35 ) ,those of the control group were (226 .49 ± 23) ,(24 ,28 .35 ± 4 .29) ,there were not significant differences between two groups ;After therapy ,the to‐tal scores of TSCS and CSES of the study group were (261 .72 ± 21 .28) and (35 .29 ± 3 .41) ,those of the control group were (239 .53 ± 25 .16) and (30 .15 ± 4 .33) ,there were significant differences between two groups (t = 3 .69 , 5 .11 ; P < 0 .01) .Conclusion :NCT can improve self cognitive and self evaluation of college students with IAD ,which has good therapy effect .关键词
