重复经颅磁刺激治疗对抑郁症患者时间知觉的作用效应

摘要
Abstract
Objective :To explore the effects of left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex high - frequency repetitive tran‐scranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on time perception in depressions .Methods :Depressed patients receiving a fixed- dose paroxetine (40mg/d)treatment were randomized to received real left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex rTMS (study group ,n = 30)or sham rTMS(control group ,n = 32)for 4 weeks .Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and er‐rors of 600ms and 3s time reproduction task for time perception were measure before and 4 weeks after rTMS treat‐ment .Results :Compared with pre - treatment ,the scores of HAMD were lower in either study group (t = 12 .047 ,P= 0 .000) or control groups(t = 9 .275 ,P = 0 .001) post - treatment .Both the errors of 600ms and 3s time reproduc‐tion task were decreased(t = 3 .342 ,6 .389 ;P < 0 .001)in study group after treatment .The errors of 3s time reproduc‐tion task decreased(t = 2 .978 ,P < 0 .01) and errors of 600ms time reproduction did not significanty changed (P >0 .05)in control group after treatment .Compared with control group patients ,the study group patients had significant lowing scores of HAMD (t = 4 .062 ,P = 0 .000)and more significant change of errors of 600ms and 3s time reproduc‐tion task after treatment (t = 2 .240 ,2 .096 ;P < 0 .05) .The change of the errors of 3s time reproduction task after treatment were correlated with the change of HAMD in study group or control group (r = 0 .330 ,0 .391 ;P < 0 .05) . The lowing of the errors of 600ms time reproduction task after treatment were not correlated with the lowing of HAMD in both two group(both P > 0 .05) .Conclusion :It is suggested that rTMS improves the time perception in ma‐jor depressed patients through some mechanism except the relief of depression .关键词
