职业康复对住院精神分裂症生存质量的影响
Effect of Occupational Rehabilitation on Quality of Life of Patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To explore the effect of occupational rehabilitation on the condition and quality of life of pa ‐tients with schizophrenia in community .Methods :69 hospitalized mental division patients were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group .Patients in the intervention group were implemented vocational rehabili‐tation intervention .After 6 months of observation ,every three months ,the results of self - made general question‐naire ,positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS ) ,social disability screening selected scale (SDSS ) ,the world Health Organization Quality of life brief evaluation form (WHOQOL - BREF)in two groups were compared .Results :The intervention for 6 months after the PANSS between the two groups in the positive and negative symptom scale had significant difference (t = ‐3 .593 ,‐2 .216 ;P < 0 .05) ;6 months ,SDSS scores were different between the two groups(t = ‐2 .112 ,P < 0 .05) ;quality of life short form physical area in the three months had significant difference (t= 2 .608 ,P < 0 .05) physiological and social relations had significant difference after 6 menths(t = 2 .563 ,2 .502 ;P <0 .05) .Conclusion :To the chronic schizophrenia split patients ,implementing vocational rehabilitation training is con‐ducive to improve the rehabilitation of patients with negative symptoms and social function recovery ,and have obvi‐ous effeet on phyncal health and social relationships of quality of life .关键词
