摘要
Abstract
Objective :To study the correlation of visuospatial perception function and balance function in patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) .Methods :Berg balance scales (BBS)was conducted on a total of 116 cases of MIC patients .All subjects were defined as MCI patients with impaired balance function (29 cases)with the scores of BBS lower than 46 ,or MCI patients with normal balance function (87 cases)with the scores of BBS higher than or e‐qual to 46 .Judgment of line orientation test(JOT )was used to assess the ability of visuospatial perception in MCI pa‐tients .Results :Compared to MCI patients with normal balance function ,MCI patients with impaired balance function showed significantly lower scores of JOT (t = ‐3 .218 ,P < 0 .01) .Scores of JOT was positively correlated with the scores of BBS(r = 0 .256 ,P < 0 .01)and the scores of dynamic balance subscale of BBS (r = 0 .284 ,P < 0 .01) .Scores of JOT did not correlated with the scores of static balance subscale of BBS (P > 0 .05) .Conclusion :It is suggested that visuospatial perception function impairment is associated with the balance impairment ,especial dynamic balance im‐pairment in MCI patients .关键词
