Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Its Relationship with Social Support,Resilience of the Residents after 5 Years of Debris Flow in Zhou Qu

Abstract
Objective :To investigate the post - traumatic stress disorder (PTSD )of the affected residents after 5 years of debris flow disaster of Zhouqu ,and the relationship between social support and psychological resilience .In order to provide the reference basis of long - term psychological aid for rescue work in the future .Methods :A survey was carried out in 244 affected residents in Zhouqu with the PTSD check - list - civilian Version (PCL - C) ,social support rating scale and Resilience Scale .Results :There were 82 case(33 .61% )of post - traumatic stress disorder af‐ter 5 years of debris flow disaster .The incindence rate of PTSD of women were significantly higher than that of men (χ2 = 21 .049 ,P < 0 .001) .The persons whose scores of social support and psychological resilience of PTSD positive were lower than those of PTSD negative ones ,and there were significant differences (P < 0 .05) .PTSD and social sup‐port ,psychological resilience was negatively correlated (r = ‐0 .423 ,‐0 .158 ;P = 0 .05) .Conclusion :Sustained impact on the psychological health of the affected residents is caused by debris flow disaster .There is close relationship between PTSD and social support ,psychological resilience .关键词
