切纵流联合收割机清选室内气流场的模拟仿真
Simulation Research of Airflow Field in the Cleaning Room Tangential-Axial Combine Harvester
摘要
Abstract
There exist the problems of high rate of loss and great percentage of trash content for tangen-tial-axial combine harvester.In order to analyze the causes for low cleaning performance,airflow field dis-tribution in cleaning room of tangential-axial combine harvester was simulated,with the CFD simulation software to analyze the airflow in the air passage of the cleaning room.The results showed that the clean-ing room airflow distribution was symmetrical in the screen surface width direction;the airflow velocity decreased in the height direction gradually;the airflow velocity at the forepart was low in the screen length direction;the velocity reached the maximum near the middle of the screen.Airflow field in clean-ing room was also measured to verify the accuracy of the simulation experiment.关键词
