Regulation of ATGL Activity and the Relation to Cardiac Hypertrophy
摘要
Abstract
Adipose triglyceride lipase (ATGL)is the rate-limiting enzyme of TG hydrolysis.There is high expression in adipose,liver,heart,and so on.ATGL knockout can result in bulks of triglyceride accumu-lation and induce significant cardiac hypertrophy in mice or rats.This review focuses on the regulation of ATGL activity and expression and how its dysfunction results in cardiac hypertrophy.关键词
