摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of continuity of care on awareness of health knowledge and quality of life of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients receiving intensity modulated radiotherapy.Methods:A to-tal of 76 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients receiving intensity modulated radiotherapy were divided into observation group and control group based on random number table method,38 cases in each.The patients in control group received the routine care and routine follow up after discharge,the patients in observation group received the continuity of care,then to compare the health knowledge awareness,quality of life and nurs-ing satisfaction rate of patients between both groups.Results:The awareness rate of the patients in observation group on skin care,diet nursing,home care and oral care,function training and other health knowledge was higher than those in control group (P <0.05);the score of quality of life of the patients in observation group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05),and the score of the patients in observation group was signifi-cantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05).The total satisfaction rate in observation group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:Continuity of care could improve the awareness rate of patients on health knowledge and their quality of life,and promote the harmonious relationship between the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by intensity modulated radiotherapy and nurses.关键词
