集束化护理预防急性心肌梗死病人便秘的效果观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of cluster of care for prevention of constipation of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each.Both groups of pa-tients were treated with 24 hours of ECG monitoring and treated by doctor's advice.The patients in control group received conventional nursing,while the patients in observation group received the cluster of care.The de-gree of abdominal distension,the first defecation time,the total effective rate and the stool characteristics were observed and recorded during the nursing process.Results:After nursing intervention,the total effective rate of defecation in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant (P <0.05);the Bristol stool frequency and stool consistency in observation group were signifi-cantly lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The first defe-cation time of patients in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group,the incidence of adverse reaction was significantly lower than that in control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of cluster of care for patients with acute myocardial infarction could improve their constipation,shorten the first defecation time and reduce the incidence of abdominal distension.关键词
