集束化护理干预在 PICC 置管病人中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the application effect of cluster nursing intervention for patients with peripher-ally inserted central catheter (PICC).Methods:A total of 120 hospitalized patients with PICC in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were divided into observation group and control group according to the or-der of admission,60 cases in each group.The patients in control group received routine care PICC catheter man-agement,the patients in observation group received cluster nursing management,the nursing effect was com-pared between both groups.Results:The venipuncture times,braking time and the time of PICC in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05);The DD and Hcy levels after the interven-tion in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05);The incidence of VT in observation group was 1.67% (1/60),significantly lower than 13.33% in control group (8/60)(P <0.05).Con-clusion:Cluster nursing management intervention in patients with PICC catheter could reduce the occurrence of VT and extend the use time of PICC.关键词
