Abstract
Objective:To know about the application situation workstation information system in new nurses and their training needs,so as to provide reference for clinical new nurse standardized training.Methods:A to-tal of 359 new nurses in a third grade A hospital in Wuhan were investigated by using the self designed “ques-tionnaire of new nurses,application and training needs for nurse workstation information system”.Results:The use of nurse workstation information system in new nurses need to be improved,especially new nurses of admis-sion time in 2015,new nurses had higher training requirements for information system.Conclusion:Informatiza-tion knowledge and skills training should be thought highly of,and the content of informatization training for new nurses should be based on the clinical needs.关键词
