南方红豆杉外植体的消毒和愈伤组织的培养
Explants Sterilization and Callus Tissue Culture of Taxus Chinensis var. Mairer
摘要
Abstract
The explants sterilization and induction conditions for callus tissue growth of Taxus Chinensis var. Mairer were studied. Results indicated that the optimum scheme of explants sterilization of Taxus Chinensis var. Mairer was in 75%ethanol for 0.5 min and in 0. 1%HgCl2 for 8 min. And if added 0.35%sodium propionate in the culture medium, the infection rate of the induction could be better controlled. In callus tissue induction, MS+1.3 mg/L 2, 4D+1.0 mg/L NAA+1.3 mg/L 6BA was the best inducing culture medium. At the early stage, the timely transfer of callus tissue was more favorable to the growth of the callus.关键词
