摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the changes and clinical significance of serum complement C1q level in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) .Methods From Oct .2015 to Mar .2016 ,92 CHD patients were enrolled ,and divided into stable angina pecto‐ris(SAP) group and acute coronary syndrome(ACS) group according to the clinical condition .Another 50 healthy subjects were en‐rolled as control group .Serum concentrations of C1q were measured in all groups .Results Serum concentrations of C1q in ACS group was higher than control group and SAP group(P<0 .05) .There was not significantly difference of serum concentrations of C1q between SAP group and control group(P>0 .05) .Conclusion Serum C1q level could be associate with the progression of CHD disease ,and detection of serum C1q might be helpful for judging patients′condition and guiding treatment .关键词
