情志干预在二胎高龄产妇分娩助产中的应用效果研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the Effects of emotional intervention during childbirth of women of advanced reproductive age with the second pregnancy .Methods A total of 60 women of advanced reproductive age with the second pregnancy were en‐rolled and divided into control group ,receiving traditional midwifery nursing ,and experiment group ,receiving traditional nursing and emotional intervention .The tolerability to pain ,degree of satisfaction to midwifery nursing and incidence of postpartum compli‐cations were compared between the two groups .Results Tolerability to pain and degree of satisfaction to midwifery nursing of ex‐periment group were higher than control group(P<0 .05) .On the 10th ,30th and 45th day after delivery ,the incidence of postpar‐tum complications of experiment group was lower than control group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Application of emotional intervention in women of advanced reproductive age with the second pregnancy could improve the tolerability to pain ,degree of satisfaction to midwifery nursing and avoid the incidence of postpartum complications .关键词
