论中国建筑遗产周边环境的法律法规建设
Enacting Laws and Regulations on the Environment of Chinese Architectural Heritage
摘要
Abstract
Enacting laws and regulations is critical on protecting architectural heritage. During the past decades, Chinese laws and regulations on architectural heritage have being made significant improvements. Yet, regarding the protection and renovation of the architectural heritage’s surrounding environment, needed works on legislation are stil lack of attention. Addressing these concerns, this article parses the contents of current Chinese national laws and domestic regulations, analyticaly explores their problems existed and puts forward suggestions.关键词
