基于51单片机的全自动黑板檫粉尘清除装置设计与实现OA
Design and Implementation of Automatic Chalkboard Eraser Based on 51 Single Chip Microcomputer
本文针对黑板檫粉尘清除比较不容易收集的现状,设计并实现了一种基于51单片机的全自动黑板檫粉尘清除装置。该装置可一键完成对黑板擦上的粉尘清除工作。装置以51单片机为核心,在自主设计的全封闭亚克力板箱子中,控制一个直流电机和步进电机完成工作。步进电机来回一次即可完成本次的清除工作,时间为20秒左右,方便快捷。
In view of the difficulty in using chalkboard erasers,the paper designs and implements an automatic chalk-board eraser based on 51 Single Chip Microcomputer (MCU). The device,based on 51 MCU as the core,is equipped in a full closed acrylic board box controlling a DC motor and stepper motor to complete the work. The stepper motor moves back and forth to clean the chalkboard in about 20 seconds,proving to be convenient and quick.
