转杯直径对纺纱通道内气流场影响的模拟研究
Simulation Research the Influence of Rotor Diameter on Airflow in Spinning Channel
摘要
Abstract
The influences of U-groove rotor with three different diameters on airflow were discussed.The air-flow in spinning channel was simulated by Fluent software.On the basis of calculation results,the distribution of airflow in spinning channel was analyzed.The results show that the airflow speed is U36>U42>U46 and the yarn strength is U36>U42>U46 around 360 degree of coacervating slot in the same conditions.At 0°and 360° positions,the static pressures in rotor is U36>U46>U42.At the scale of 20°to 320°,the pressure in rotor is U46>U42>U36.The change trend of airflow static pressure in U-groove rotor with three different diameters is basically consistent with that of speed.It is considered that the research of the numerical simulation could provide theoretic reference for optimization of technological parameter.关键词
